John J.M. Fleming is the present owner and President of John J. Fleming Jewelry Inc. he is the youngest of the late John and Eleanor Fleming's children. John is an alumnus of Boston College High School, Boston College, and also the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Kathleen Fleming is part owner of John J. Fleming Jewelers Inc. and is the eldest of John and Eleanor's children. With an expert eye for gorgeous pieces, Kathleen always admired the pieces her father would make for her mother on special occasions. A graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, she accompanied her father in the business full time.

Shayne Harrington, niece of John J. Fleming, is an alumna of Fontbonne Academy in Milton, Providence College, and completed graduate work at University of Massachusetts-Boston. After several Christmas seasons with Fleming Jewelers she joined the business full time in 2003.
